Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cssshift.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

CssShift provides a free, browser-based CSS gradient generator. All gradient computation happens locally in your browser. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Your output

The gradient code you generate — colors, stops, angles, and the resulting CSS or React snippets — belongs to you. You may use it in personal and commercial projects without attribution.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt or overload the Service; (b) scrape or mirror the Service without permission; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (d) misrepresent the Service as your own product.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Generated code is provided for convenience; you are responsible for testing it in your own projects and target browsers.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CssShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues caused by generated code used in production environments.

6. Third-party content

The Service may display third-party advertising and load third-party fonts. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
